CREATIVE MATERIALS FOR NEW MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR MALL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

CHALLENGE

Owned by Gordon Group Holdings, Lac Mirabel, is a 330-acre site along the Montreal-Laurentian corridor in Quebec on which will be a 14-million square foot mixed use complex. Owing to the enormity of the project, Lac Mirabel required a vibrant look and feel that would visually communicate the larger than life scope of the development.

INSIGHT AND KEY CONSIDERATIONS

Lac Mirabel will be home to shops, restaurants, luxury hotels, and various leisure facilities including a multisport centre, a cinema, a European-inspired spa and many more exciting amenities. It will be Canada’s first indoor/outdoor LEED certified green destination with Montreal streetscapes and scenic lakes as the driving architectural themes.

IMPLEMENTATION

TWG developed strong brand visuals and a multimedia presentation to be used as the central communications tools to attract retail tenants to occupy the dedicated 2.6 million square foot super regional shopping, entertainment and multi-sport complex. TWG worked closely with Hill and Knowlton Canada to integrate key messaging with stunning imagery, architectural renderings, and a vibrant overall visual design to communicate the project’s scale and scope.

RESULTS

The $450 million dollar project is scheduled for overall completion in the fall of 2009.
